Three junior Magi founded the Covenant, coming directly from the Extraordinary Tribunal at Mummolides, and were then joined by two further Magi. One of the founders has since departed, fleeing a Wizard's War; a new magus has joined in her place.
Several Consortes live full time within the covenant: La Doctora Jimena, Jehan the Vilicus (or Steward), Father Edwin Fairchild. Jimena came as a long-time travelling companion of Maga Speranda, while Jehan came as part of the Turb from Mummolides. Father Edwin is the Personal Confessor to Magus Constantine.
Sir Achilles d'Azé is the titular head of Caribet Village, cousin to Marie Helene (Iuris Perita) and pawn of the magi... He is married to the fiery Lady "I'm not a were-wolf" Helissente. They have a son and heir Philippe, and a magical daughter Rubea.
Others wander in and out as it suits them: Bertrand le Marchant, and his rival Jourdain-the-Peddler, now of Quintin, ex of Ploeuc.
Lady Marta de Plaintel is a local noble and meddler in the Covenant's affairs.
When the Covenant was founded, a portion of the Turb of Mummolides (an old, Winter Covenant) transferred to the new foundling; the founding magi also brought grogs with them, from their parentes' covenants. Additional grogs were recruited from the local area, and from further afield - the latter being mainly specialists.
With so many coven-folk from disparate backgrounds, we had a language problem - although this improved with the enforced use of Francien (French/Langue d'Oeuil).
