Perfumery: +1

You know the aromatic properties of substances and how to prepare them. You are skilled at creating balms, perfumes and incense. You know the common scented herbs. You are also familiar with spices and dyes and their uses.

You have some knowledge of healing but only in cases where the aroma is used for its beneficial effect in healing
e.g. scented beeswax as a candle burnt to promote healing sleep, resin burnt to purify the air.

Perfumery is especially suited for some purposes so there are bonuses for preparing certain types of materials:
altering moods and emotions +5
inducing sleep +3
purification +3
warding spirits +2

You may create special balms, incense, scented candles and perfumes by spending a whole Season on this activity. Your Laboratory Total for this is Intelligence + Perfumery Skill + Aura of the place you are working in.

This Virtue confers the Skill Craft : Perfumery 1 which can be improved like any other Skill.

Flaws

Accident Prone: -<variable>

You never make Simple or Quality dice-rolls. All rolls are Stress-roles. A Simple or Quality die roll becomes a Stress-roll with as many botch dice as the value of the Flaw. Stress-rolls have value of the Flaw as extra botch dice.
